In 2010, a powerful vision was born out of the New eXponential Thought Organization (NeXT), now known as BeNeXT Global. This vision evolved into Futuro Las Americas, a transformative program designed to empower Latin American youth through education and innovation. From its inception, the program aimed to provide unparalleled access to the world’s finest universities, supported by scholarships and robust community partnerships.
Futuro Las Americas quickly transcended its initial goals, becoming a beacon of hope and a movement of significant social change. Throughout its journey, the program faced numerous challenges—from navigating complex political landscapes to adapting to the evolving priorities of academic partners. Despite these hurdles, the initiative grew, supported by a committed network of universities and partners who believed in the transformative power of education.
By 2019, Futuro Las Americas had become the largest privately coordinated higher education financial aid effort in the Americas. It had raised over $28.1 million to fund scholarships and supported more than 1,200 innovators. The inaugural summit at Georgetown University marked a pivotal moment, bringing together esteemed organizations like the Organization of American States, EarthJustice, and the Smithsonian, alongside embassies and leading educational institutions, to forge a new path in hands-on learning and innovation.
Today, Futuro Las Americas continues to inspire and shape the futures of countless young leaders, equipping them with the skills to innovate and drive positive change across diverse fields and industries. In short, it has become the premier program for catalyzing social change through education. The program stands as a beacon for those eager to launch significant projects and lead with impact, offering world-class education, hands-on training, and certification in social entrepreneurship, social change, and project innovation.

Since its inception in 2013, BeNeXT Global has been hosting the most innovative summit in the Americas, bringing together visionary minds across the Americas for an academic and hands-on project development program. In partnership with top NGOs like the OAS and EarthJustice, and global governments, this initiative not only offers educational insights but also serves as a launchpad for projects that aim to change the world.
