MMXXVI Participant Agreement, Release & Terms of Service

Effective for All Participants | 2026 Cohort

1. Program Overview

By submitting payment and completing registration for Futuro MMXXVI, the Participant (and Parent/Guardian, if under 18) agrees to the terms outlined herein. The program is hosted by BeNeXT Global and may take place at a university, institutional, or civic campus within the United States or abroad.

2. Eligibility & Commitment

Participants must complete the full program (typically 10 days).
Full participation includes attending workshops, seminars, site visits, and collaborative design sessions.
Participants are expected to adhere to all guidelines of respectful conduct, punctuality, and project contribution.

3. Code of Conduct

By joining this summit, you agree to uphold the highest standards of behavior:

Respect all participants, staff, and institutional hosts.
Refrain from discriminatory, violent, or disruptive behavior.
Maintain a substance-free presence throughout the program (including alcohol, vaping, or drugs).

Violation may result in removal without refund and notification of home institution or guardian.

4. Medical Consent

I authorize BeNeXT Global staff and emergency medical personnel to provide treatment deemed necessary in case of accident or illness. I release BeNeXT Global and its partners from liability associated with routine or emergency care.

5. Likeness & Media Release

I grant BeNeXT Global and its affiliates permission to use photographs, video, audio, or written testimonials captured during the program for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. No compensation is expected.

6. Travel & Liability Disclaimer

BeNeXT Global is not responsible for personal items, travel delays, lost documents, or costs associated with illness or injury. Participants and families are encouraged to purchase travel insurance and ensure passports/visas are up to date where applicable.

7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Program fees are non-refundable after 30 days from registration.
If a participant must withdraw for medical or emergency reasons, a partial credit toward a future program may be considered.
Participants must fulfill all payment plan obligations prior to attending the program.

8. Minor Clause (for Participants under 18)

I, the parent/legal guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the program described above. I have read and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement, including emergency care, travel, conduct, and media release.

9. Acknowledgment

By completing registration and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of participation in Futuro MMXXVI. If the participant is a minor, I affirm that I am the legal guardian and authorize full participation and responsibility for travel, conduct, and care.
